Construction Dust In The Duct Work
Power Vac Services has been providing duct cleaning services to builders for more than 20 years. We have a fleet of trucks and dedicated staff available to home builders and their construction schedules. In new homes or homes under renovations, contaminates such as drywall dust or saw dust left over from the construction process is deposited into the duct work. The dust can create problems and shorten the life of the new HVAC equipment and could create health/allergy issues for the new homeowner.

We are a Nadca Certified Contractor. To be be Certified through Nadca, we must comply with Nadca’s strict standards and follow their code of ethics. We have 3 ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialists) on staff. Often HVAC system components collect significant amounts of debris and particulate during construction activities within a building. NADCA recommends that newly installed HVAC systems or HVAC systems undergoing renovation be verified clean, and protected before the system is permitted to operate.
