Back in 1966 we were the only National Duct Cleaning company serving the City. A lot has changed in our industry, we’ve watched companies come and go, new cleaning technologies were developed ,communicating our message to our clients through
radio, newspapers, telephone has changed as well. Our transition from print ad to delivering our message through the web was another big change for us .
Some have said that we have been around the block a few times and that we have a little bit of grey matter. We have witnessed change and we have been part of change. Gone are the days when things were done on a handshake. What still remains core to our values today is the value of our word , the value of our team and giving back to our industry.
Our clients turn and return to us because they can expect us to provide them with the best service possible. This is done by having the best trained service technicians in the industry. We achieve this by providing safety training for all employees. Our service technicians are required to complete online Nadca Training. Our service technicians are trained in customer service support so if you have a question don’t hesitate to ask the technician.
Training requires an investment of time and money but we believe that we need to continue to deliver the level of services that customers expected from us back in 1966 as well as today.
We value the industry that we work in. We have been an active member of the Nadca (The HVAC Inspection, Maintenance and Restoration Association ) since 1994. We were one of the first 10 Canadian members . Terry Donohue has served in different capacities (boards) in the last 20 years. Mr Donohue has been involved in writing industry standards that
are still being used in countries around the world. Nadca provides certification and training for our industry. Many things have changed in our industry over the years but Nadca is one avenue that has helped us keep up to date with industry changes.
We think that being around the block a few times and having a little grey matter is a good thing. We have grasped new ideas and new technologies easily . Thanks to our staff and our customers we’ve created some great relationships over the 50 years. We are thankful for the trust that has been placed upon us by thousands of customers since 1966. We
