Mike, the technician from London was well mannered and very professionally looking. Mike explained and answered all my questions without hesitation. Mike is well aware of how pleased I was with his efficiency and how he carried himself. I would even have Mike let himself in and would not have to be home next time. That’s how much I was impressed with Mike.
